Pricing FAQ
Do you charge per user or per organisation?
Starter and Growth are priced per user per month with a monthly minimum seat count. Enterprise is a negotiated platform fee. Advanced Route Optimization and GeoTwin AI are priced per user, per organisation, and each carries its own usage allowance.
What is an AI credit?
A weighted unit that reflects what an AI action really costs. An insight run or copilot message is 1 credit, an AI route-stop build is 2, an advanced route recommendation is 3, and a full report narrative is 5. Your remaining credits are always visible on the in-app Usage screen.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You see a warning at 80% and again at 100%. Storage-type limits keep working while you upgrade; the cost-driven ones — AI credits, route runs and 3D tile sessions — pause until you upgrade or buy a top-up pack.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. Paste your OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama, OpenRouter or OpenAI-compatible key in the admin console and take 15% off Starter and Growth, or 20% off Enterprise. It is required for customer-managed installs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan never expires, and paid plans include a trial so you can test with your own data before committing.
Do you discount annual contracts?
Annual prepay is 15% off, two-year 20% off, and non-profit or academic use 40% off.
