Approach

• Drew a region polygon and layered protected-area constraints.
• Filtered by slope, land use, and surface area.
• Layered transmission line and substation proximity.
• Ranked candidate parcels by composite suitability score.

Outcome

All 8 shortlisted parcels passed initial landowner outreach; 3 are now in interconnection queue. Project pipeline value increased by ~$220M.
